As the mountains begin to glow with the colors of fall, one of West Virginia’s most cherished traditions returns for its 88th year. The Mountain State Forest Festival proudly presents “Autumn In Color” — taking place September 26 through October 5.

For ten unforgettable days, Elkins and Randolph County will come alive with tradition, celebration, community spirit, and the beauty of the season. From royal events and special guests to parades, entertainment, and the timeless moments that make Forest Festival so special, “Autumn In Color” invites everyone to experience the sights, sounds, and memories of fall in the Mountain State.
